Beginning Students

On this page you are going to find film that represent the very first year students have ever taken my class.
They spend the first semester in class just trying to learn how to use the software.
The second semester they sit down together in groups that they choose and begin to develop their first short film.
To make their film they: write an Original story, Develop Character Sketches and Environment maps, Storyboard their film, Create/Model/Texture everything, Animate their characters, Render film pieces, Edit them together, Add a sound track and sound effects, export out a final film.
Needless to say it's a TON of work

These films are like going back into the dark ages... 
At this point in my career I did not allow students to use professionally rigged characters and I also didn't teach Animation.
I took a college class to help out my skills and these two things are the major Gold nuggets that I got from that class.
Students in these years deserve extra respect because they built EVERYTHING!!!
