Characterizing and Motion Capture
Welcome to the next part of the class. Thus far we have prepared a model to able to use in the Motion Capture lab. Now we are going to use the model and begin to get the MoCap data.
These are the next steps in the process:
1. Characterize the skeleton
2. Prepare BackStage for Motion Capture
3. Link Motion Builder and BackStage together
4. Enable the BackStage plug-in skeleton in MotionBuilder
5. Pair the Skeleton and our prepared character together
6. Record Motion data in MotionBuilder
7. Edit the Data that has been captured
8. Reload the original Character and apply the edited data onto it
9. Send the Character back into Maya
