Moom's Arm

In this project we are going to build an arm that will swing the hammer that we have just finished. The arm that we are going to build is going to look exactly like the character that we will be using in future lessons of Animation. His name is Moom and we will spend a lot more time talking about him and working with him later.

An added feature of this lesson is that we will begin to do some Rigging. Rigging is the process of putting bones inside of a character that you model and texture. Once the rigging is finished we will then start "Skinning" the character. Skinning is the process that we use to hook the character and the rig together. Skinning allows the Rig/Bones to drive the Character/Skin.

Stuff that you are going to learn: Polygonal modeling, UV Texturing, Rigging and Skinning.

Lets get to it.
